Tony Adams is widely considered to be one of the greatest players to ever pull on the famous red and white strip, and as a result, a lot of fans will always hold a special place in their heart for him. Today, as Tony celebrates his 53rd birthday, we take a look back at an interview he shared with Arsenal.com where he discussed his most notable Arsenal moment.

With the 2018 FIFA World Cup being right around the corner, you would think that the media would be focusing on getting behind the England national team as they prepare to try and prove the doubters wrong by having a successful tournament in Russia. As reported by The Express, however, one former England legend has taken it upon himself to sprinkle some negativity into the mix prior to things getting underway.

Former-Arsenal star Tony Adams has said that Arsenal should sell wantaway forward Alexis Sanchez as soon as possible as the side should cash in on the player in the Premier League’s January transfer window.
Rumours regarding Alexis Sanchez have been rife for months, with the forward attracting interest from many clubs across Europe.

The news of Adams’ appointment at Granada was confirmed today as former Arsenal and England defenders takes the helm until the end of the season.

Thierry Henry is of course an Arsenal and Premier League legend. The clubs all-time record goalscorer is obviously held in very high-esteem at the north London club. It seems there is no doubt that he loves his former club.
Henry is pretty busy at the moment working as a pundit for Sky Sports, while also being on Roberto Martinez’s coaching staff with the Belgium national team. He is gaining coaching experience and has high hopes for his future coaching career.
