An Arsenal Academy product, Reiss Nelson made his first-team debut under Arsene Wenger in 2017/18, which turned out to have been the Frenchman’s last season in charge. He made 16 appearances that term – quite a decent number for a player only 18 years old at the time, though half of them came in the Europa League.
Following the arrival of Unai Emery to the dugout last summer, Nelson was sent to rack up some experience to Hoffenheim and scored on his debut against Fortuna Dusseldorf. Intermediaries are working hard to find a new club for Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil, according to Matt Law of The Telegraph.
The German arrived to the Emirates for around €50 million (the club record at the time) in 2013, and though he had been doing very well for a long time, things have unraveled in the other direction recently. With Alexis Sanchez and Ozil both looking towards the exit door about a year ago, the club decided to do a swap deal with Manchester United in which they gave Sanchez up and signed Henrikh Mkhitaryan in return. Given what has been going with those two players since then, in cannot be disputed that the Gunners made the right call in that aspect. .......Read more here.....

According to the Telegraph, Arsenal could be set to offer French midfielder Abou Diaby a pay-as-you play deal this summer. The French midfielder is out-of-contract in July, but has apparently impressed the Gunners backroom staff in training.
Diaby was widely expected to leave the club and attempt to resurrect his career elsewhere. However, it seems he could remain at Arsenal while he proves his fitness and eventually earn a pay-as-you-play deal.
Abou Diaby’s story is a sad one of potential unfilled because of terrible luck involving injuries. The French midfielder has made just 16 Premier League appearances in the last four seasons because of perennial injury problems. .......Read more here.....

After yesterday’s news linking the Gunners with a move for young Italian striker Domenico Bernardi, it seems that the north London club are now being linked with a move for another Italian star in AC Milan forward Stephan El Shaarawy.
According to the Telegraph, El Shaarawy was interesting Arsene Wenger in January, but nothing came of the interest. The 22-year-old forward is rated in the £11.8million bracket and it is now claimed Wenger could renew his interest in the youngster this summer.
