Arsenal have a lot of “transfer ammunition”, the club’ head of football Raul Sanllehi believes.
Speaking in an exclusive interview to the Arsenal official website, the head of football said he feels the club are in a very strong position when it comes to negotiating incoming transfers. He doesn’t feel that any club in the world has an advantage over Arsenal, given the size of this club, its history, its world-wide fanbase, the magnificent stadium and the other facilities at their disposal.
He did, however, stress that Arsenal need to return where they belong – to the Champions League. .......Read more here.....

According to Arsenal’s head of football Raul Sanllehi, the Gunners may need to dip into the transfer market in January to replace the injured Danny Welbeck. The England international suffered a broken ankle against Sporting Lisbon and has had two operations to fix the problem.

While boss Unai Emery has stated that it will give a chance to others players, including youngster Eddie Nketiah, the clubs head of football did not rule outing signing a replacement. North London club are said to be exploring the prospect of approaching the Paris Saint-Germain loanee Goncalo Guedes.
The 21-year-old star joined French champions for a fee believed to be around £26 million this January but failed to break into the first team in Paris.
Following only 13 first-team appearances Guedes was sent on loan to Valencia for the 2017/18 season as he was unable to fight for his place in the starting XI against the likes of world-record signings Neymar and Kylian Mbappe. .......Read more here.....

According to reports from Spanish media outlet Sport, Premier League side Arsenal look set to appoint former Barcelona director of football Raul Sanllehi who’s been with the Catalan club since 2002.
A close friend of Ivan Gazidis’ will move into the Gunners boardroom to take over some of the responsibilities left unattended after Dick Law’s departure from the North London club.
Sanllehi is expected to be heavily involved in Arsenal’s recruitment strategy given his background as one of Barcelona’s chief negotiators in the past couple of years. .......Read more here.....
