First of all, he said that United are now playing at a different level (since the sacking of Jose Mourinho), despite consisting of the same players. He considers them very dangerous, and feels that the FA Cup bears huge significance for both United and Arsenal, as both clubs have a huge history of winning the competition.

The match is likely to bear much influence on the top four race and the consequent Champions League qualification, as the Gunners currently sit in the fifth place, six points behind Chelsea in fourth. The Vorskla game represented a big step in their development while their presence helped the team achieve a good result.

As Arsenal prepare to take on Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium on Sunday, manager Unai Emery spoke to the press.

It’s not always easy, for any team, to pick up where they had left off after an international break. Arsenal were on a very good run – 16 matches in all competitions without a defeat but the manager pointed out there’s another side to that streak; the last three games were draws.

Although, like every season, Arsenal play in four competitions, the best 11 players will take to the pitch as the manager believes it’s all about improving both tactically and individually at this point. It seemed as Emery was announcing a line-up pretty much the same as the one he’s been fielding in the Premier League, but then he made things a bit clearer.
