Aubameyang wants Dembele at Arsenal? 0

According to reports in France, captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang wants Arsenal to sign Ousmane Dembele from Barcelona this summer.

Despite the 2019/20 season now being well and truly over, despite the FA Cup residing safely at the Emirates and a place in next term’s Europa League bearing Arsenal’s name, the future of Aubameyang is yet to be resolved. The Gabonese forward scored two goals in the final at Wembley, enough to overturn Christian Pulisic’s opener and clinch the trophy, and his quality and contribution to this team cannot be disputed.

Dembele? Alexis back? 0

There have been many, many reports linking Ousmane Dembele with a move away from Barcelona since his arrival from Borussia Dortmund in 2017. The French international had an injury-plagued first season with the Catalan club. This campaign didn’t get off to a good start either as a number of disciplinary issues arose, and the links only intensified.

One of the big transfer stories, that isn’t even really a story yet, is whether or not Ousmane Dembele is going to be leaving Barcelona sooner rather than later. This comes despite the fact that he seems to be settling into life at the Nou Camp on the pitch, forming some interesting partnerships with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez. Off of the pitch, however, the constant talk regarding his behaviour and attitude is plaguing his promising career.

Triple transfer for the Gunners? 0

It’s that time of year when all of the clubs in the Premier League and beyond start to consider their options, and as such, start to consider their possibilities in the January transfer window. Arsenal aren’t exempt from that, and given that they’ve been struggling to carve out wins as of late, it makes sense that they’d want to take a look at what they can do to rectify their current situation. Of course, it’s not exactly the worst of situations we’ve ever seen given their position in the table, but there’s certainly work to be done.

Dembele approach shows guts 1

There are very few transfer stories, or even rumours doing the rounds that will immediately capture our attention, but this one feels different. It’s no secret that Ousmane Dembele has a bit of an attitude problem right now and given his age you could argue that it’s understandable, but in reality, he needs to snap out of it if he wants to become the world class player that everyone knows he can be.

According to TalkSPORT, Arsenal could rival Liverpool for Barcelona’s highly-rated forward Ousmane Dembele. The Catalan giants are reportedly ready to sell the forward for a fee in the region of £85million.

Struggled at Barcelona

Dembele is regarded as one of the best up and coming young players in the world game. The 21-year-old only joined Barcelona in the summer of 2017 from Dortmund in a deal that could potentially rise to a fee of an eye-watering 130million euros.

Is there time to get Dembele done? 0

The summer transfer window is set to close much earlier than usual this year, with tomorrow being the new Deadline Day just twenty-four hours before the Premier League actually kicks off. A parade of teams will be hoping to get some last minute deals done in order to bolster their squad and one such team is Arsenal.

The Gunners have already brought in a series of high-profile names throughout the summer in an attempt to improve their chances of finishing in the top four, but is it enough? The answer is probably yes given the depth they have in their squad, but when you’re linked with a name like Ousmane Dembele, it’s hard to pass up that kind of opportunity to try and sign him.

Arsenal once again linked with move for Barcelona forward 0

Arsenal are once again being linked with a big-money move for Barcelona’s highly-rated France international forward Ousmane Dembele. According to Football London, Arsenal’s head of recruitment Sven Mislintat has made contact with Barcelona about the forward’s availability.

A loan move could be realistic

It seems highly unlikely that Arsenal are going to secure the young forward on a permanent deal, as the Gunners have reportedly already spent their very limited. Barcelona boss Ernesto Valverde has also ruled out a permanent exit for the France international.

The rumours surrounding the future of Ousmane Dembele don’t seem to be going away anytime soon, and in a way, that’s a good thing. Drumming up this kind of interest for a young star like him will give the guy a great platform with which to build on when he eventually signs for his new club, and while he could always turn around and say that he wants to stay at Barcelona, that doesn’t feel like a realistic move for him to make right now.

Prediction: France v Australia 1

Verdict: France Win

Best Odds: 1/4

Bookmaker: Ladbrokes

France will be pleased with the draw, as Les Bleus are not paired with any other European heavyweight. Australia will believe that they have a chance of qualifying for the knockout stages ahead of Peru and Denmark. However, this game is a daunting start for the Socceroo’s in Russia.

France

Didier Deschamps squad of players for this summer’s tournament is arguably the most talented. Talented youngsters like Ousmane Dembele and Thomas Lemar join stars of the European game like Kylian Mbappe, Paul Pogba and Antoine Griezmann in Les Bleus squad.
