Kanu claims Arsenal made mistake with Iwobi 0

There are many legends that have been and gone over the years at Arsenal Football Club, but one cult favourite that always seemed to stick in the mind and heart of most fans is Nwankwo Kanu. The Nigerian forward had some great moments and some not so great moments in an Arsenal shirt, but for the most part, he was a stalwart.

Unfortunately, in the piece that we’re about to touch on, Kanu allowed his emotions to get the better of him by once again deciding to use his influence to voice his opinion. That’s all well and good, but when there’s a degree of bias in your opinion, it kind of renders it a little bit pointless.

This is a quick shout out to the one and only Nwankwo Kanu, who is celebrating his 43rd birthday today. Today is the 42nd birthday of Nwankwo Kanu and isn’t that just a nice thing? The Nigerian forward has been a part of the beautiful game in some way, shape or form for many many years now, and we don’t think he’d mind us saying that. He’s had an interesting career, to say the least, but once the dust finally settled on his playing days a few years back, it’s fair to summarise that he was pretty successful for the most part.
