Nigerian international Henry Onyekuru has turned down interest from Arsenal and West Ham United to join Everton this summer, reports the Express. The KAS Eupen striker, who scored 24 goals in 41 games in all competitions last season, announced the move on his Instagram account before Everton formally revealed the transfer.
It’s bad news for Arsenal as the Gunners appeared to be in the driving seat to procure his signature but a failure to secure a work permit led to the deal breaking down. Everton will sign Onyekuru and loan him out to Belgian Jupiler Pro League giants Anderlecht for next season until he gets a work permit to play in England. .......Read more here.....

The Daily Express claims that Petr Cech maybe not be the only Chelsea player heading for Arsenal this summer, as the Gunners are being linked with a £8.5million bid for highly-rated young winger Charly Musonda, whose father played for Zambia and enjoyed a career in the Belgian top-flight.
Musonda is regarded as a bright prospect at Chelsea, who signed the Belgian back in 2012 from Anderlecht. However, the Blues are believed to be having doubts about the youngster’s physical presence.
Despite the concerns it is being reported that the Blues are keener on a loan deal, with the possibility of a permanent deal at the end of it. .......Read more here.....

According to the Metro, Arsenal are interested in signing highly-rated young Belgian under-21 international midfielder Youri Tielemans. The 18-year-old is reported to be rated in the £14.4million bracket.
Even though he is just 18-years of age, Tielemans has made 86 appearances for Anderlecht. The youngster is regarded as something of future midfield superstar, having impressed at club level and also at international level with the junior Belgian sides.
The youngster has been linked with a number of clubs including Atletico Madrid and Italian giants Inter. Tielemans has only just signed a five-year deal with his Belgian club, so any deal will not be an easy one. .......Read more here.....

Arsenal could press ahead with a move for Argentinian defensive midfielder Lucas Biglia this summer according to the Metro. The 29-year-old is currently plying his trade in Serie A with Lazio and is reportedly available for £18million in the summer.

As we all know Arsenal have made it to the last 16 of the Champions League for the 15th consecutive season. The Gunners secured qualification with a game to spare, but yet again finished as runners-up in their group.
This is a scenario that has proved problematic in recent seasons. The Gunners have met the likes of Bayern Munich and Barcelona in the last 16 and been eliminated at the first hurdle. It is fair to say that finishing second in their group this season is unlikely to produce a much more favourable result for the Gunners.

Arsenal completes their Champions League group with a trip to Turkish side Galatasaray on Tuesday night. The Gunners have already qualified for the knockout stages of the competition and could still technically win the group if German side Dortmund slip-up against Anderlecht in the other match of the group.
Galatasaray’s form has been very inconsistent in recent weeks, as the Turkish side have won three and lost three of their last games in all competitions. Gala have won the last two domestic games, following consecutive Champions League defeats against Dortmund and Anderlecht respectively. .......Read more here.....

Arsenal faces a tricky trip to Wales to play sixth place Swansea on Sunday looking to secure their third consecutive Premier League victory.
The Swans have made a very solid start to their campaign and currently sit sixth in the Premier League, just two points behind the Gunners in the table. Garry Monk’s side’s 15 points from ten games is the Swans best ever start to a top-flight campaign.
They earned a very creditable goalless draw at Everton’s Goodison Park last weekend, despite the fact that England midfielder Jonjo Shelvey was dismissed. .......Read more here.....

According to the Daily Mail, Arsenal are targeting Aston Villa’s Ron Vlaar, Celtic’s Virgil van Dijk and Manchester United’s Chris Smalling as defensive signings in January. All three have reportedly previously been targets for the Gunners and now seem to be back on their radar.
As we all know the Gunners are short of central defensive cover and Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has stated that he will look at strengthening his backline in January. Arsenal’s vulnerability at the back was exposed on Wednesday night in the Champions League, as they threw away a three goal lead to draw 3-3 with Anderlecht. .......Read more here.....

I could not quite believe my eyes watching Arsenal’s Champions League game against Anderlecht last night. For much of the game the Gunners looked to be heading for a routine victory, especially when England midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain scored to make it 3-0 just before the hour mark.
However, somehow in the last half an hour of the game the Gunners conceded three goals to draw 3-3 with the Belgian champions. To say the result was a surprise would be an understatement, considering Anderlecht had picked-up just three points from their previous nine group matches. .......Read more here.....

Arsenal threw away a three goal lead to draw 3-3 with Anderlecht at the Emirates stadium on Tuesday night in the Champions League. The draw means that the Gunners will have to wait to secure their passage into the last 16 of the competition.
The visitors had the first attempt on goal on four minutes, as defender Calum Chambers blocked an effort from midfielder Frank Acheampong. The Belgian champions went close to taking the lead on nine minutes.
Attacking midfielder Dennis Praet found himself in some space on the edge of the Arsenal area and saw an effort deflect into the side-netting. The Gunners first chance arrived on 13 minutes after a good team move. .......Read more here.....
