The 23-year-old, contracted at Real until 2021, started half of the 38 La Liga games this season, and was an unused substitute on 10 occasions.

He set Real back £27m as an Inter player in 2015 but is still behind the likes of Casemiro, Toni Kroos and Luka Modric in the midfield pecking order. However, manager Zinedine Zidane has rotated his squad a lot to ensure players on the fringes are still getting minutes, but Diario Gol believe the 2018 World Cup will force him to seek more regular opportunities to ensure of his spot in the Croatia squad.

Mbappe admitted Real made an approach when he was 14, but said his future will be decided by his family as well as himself.

“We’re going to go away with the family and we’ll think about what’s going to happen. We have to sort it out, see what happens with the club too, because I’m under contract with a club, I’m not free. We’ll see what’s happening,” he said. Kylian Mbappe is 3/1 to join Arsenal this summer but the financial power of Real might be a deciding factor.

Coquelin has made 28 Premier League appearances for the Gunners in 2016/17 but has started only three league games since February, sitting behind Aaron Ramsey and Granit Xhaka in the pecking order. Isco has scored and created four goals in his new position for Real Madrid, averaging a successful dribble and chance created every 22 minutes.
