Arsenal recorded a comfortable 4-1 win at Hull City on Saturday afternoon after Alexis Sanchez grabbed a brace and Theo Walcott and Granit Xhaka also got on the scoresheet.

Arsenal had the first attempt of the game on four minutes, as winger, Alex Iwobi on the left saw an effort on goal blocked.

The Gunners posed a threat to the Hull defence on 13 minutes. Mesut Ozil found Theo Walcott on the right and the winger found Alexis Sanchez nearly the penalty spot, only for the Chilean to fire over the bar.

Arsenal will be looking to continue their recent run of decent form on Saturday afternoon as they visit Hull City’s KCOM Stadium in the Premier League.

The home side has continually defied the odds this season and has suffered just one defeat from their four top-flight encounters so far this season. The Tigers recorded a last-gasp 1-1 draw at Burnley last time out courtesy of a Robert Snodgrass free-kick.

The draw means that Mike Phelan’s team have picked up seven points this season in the top-flight following their promotion from the Championship. They have had mixed fortunes at the KCOM Stadium this season, though, having beaten champions Leicester, only to suffer a late 1-0 defeat against Manchester United.

Arsenal round off season with a win against Norwich 0

Arsenal finished their Premier League campaign off with a 2-0 victory at Norwich, which saw the Canaries drop into the Championship.

Norwich came forward on six minutes, as young winger Nathan Redmond hit a shot from 20 yards, which deflected up off Kieran Gibbs and straight into the arms of Lukasz Fabianski. Two minutes later and it was Arsenal on the attack.

Mesut Ozil combined with compatriot Lukas Podolski, who fired just wide of goal from around 12 yards out. The attempt would not have counted anyway though, as the German was flagged offside.
