According to TMW, Arsenal are deadline with the eventuality that playmaker Mesut Ozil will leave the club for next at the end of the season. Ozil had previously stated he would consider extending his stay at the Emirates Stadium, but latest reports suggest otherwise.

The German international has so far failed to agree terms on a new deal, and TMW believe Arsenal are preparing for his departure the following summer as a result. Ozil was being tipped to leave Arsenal ahead of this season but there was no club willing to meet his asking price or match his wage demands.

Inter Milan summer recruit Yann Karamoh claims Premier League club Arsenal wanted to sign him prior his loan move to Serie A.

Former Caen forward joined Nerazzurri on deadline day this summer in a transfer arrangement which will make his loan move permanent after two campaigns.

The 19-year-old is coming off from a breakthrough season in Ligue 1 during which he scored five goals and managed four assists in 36 competitive outings. Despite the tender age, Karamoh earned his place in the starting line-up at Caen thanks to his emerging qualities that got him on the radar of the host of European big sides last term.

According to Tuttosport via talkSPORT, Inter Milan are interested in signing Atletico Madrid defender Jose Gimenez and could make an approach in the January transfer window.

Arsenal and Manchester United have also been linked with the 22-year-old, whose contract expires from 2018, although it’s unknown if they will make an approach in the coming months.

Gimenez made just 12 La Liga starts for Atleti last season, suffering from stiff competition in the defence from the likes of Stefan Savic and Diego Godin. He’s featured twice in the league this campaign already, but his long-term future is uncertain given he’s yet to put pen to paper on a new contract.

Arsenal defender Shkodran Mustafi looks set to leave the Emirates after only one year in north London.

The German international defender only joined Gunners last summer in a £35 million deal from Valencia but has failed to establish himself as a first-team regular under Arsene Wenger.

The World Cup winner was benched for the Sunday’s 4-0 humiliating beating by Liverpool as is believed to have already agreed to terms with the Serie A giants Inter Milan.

Arsenal could sell Mustafi with Inter and Juventus interested 0

Posted on August 27, 2017 by Crippy Cooke

According to the Daily Mail, Arsenal defender Shkodran Mustafi could be sold just 12 months after his arrival at the Emirates Stadium. Serie A giants Inter Milan and Juventus are the two sides closely linked with his signature, although the former are trying to sign the centre-back on loan. Juventus have yet to make an official approach.

It would be a big shock to see the German international leave Arsenal so soon after joining, as it would leave the Gunners very thin in defence. Laurent Koscielny has only just returned from injury, Per Mertesacker has been left out of the starting lineup so far this season, while Rob Holding has been dropped entirely.

Caen star Yann Karamoh continues to draw plenty of transfer attention from some of Europe’s biggest clubs.

North London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham are believed to be interested for Caen forward who bagged five goals for the Ligue 1 outfit last season.

Arsene Wenger is reportedly keen on the 19-year-old who is seen as direct replacement for Lucas Perez as Spaniard nears departure from Emirates.

Lucas Perez has been given permission to leave just a year after he joined Arsenal from Deportivo La Coruna. La Liga side are keen on a reunion, but Perez is currently negotiating a move with Turkish giants Fenerbahce who are prepared to offer a more lucrative deal to the Arsenal striker.

The latest rumour on the transfer mill involving Arsenal seems to be the Gunners making a move for Inter Milan’s Croatian midfielder Marcelo Brozovic.

This story comes from ESPN, who claim that Arsenal are interested in adding the highly-rated Croatian to their ranks this summer. The 24-year-old is just one in a long line of players linked with a move to the north London club this summer.

Now it seems that he may be considered a cheaper alternative to Monaco’s Thomas Lemar and Leicester’s Riyad Mahrez, who are reported transfer targets for the club this summer.

Inter Milan manager Luciano Spalletti has responded to the rumours linking Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny to the Serie A side this summer, admitted the Polish international is talented but stopping short of confirming their interest, reports WhoScored.

“Are you trying to make me argue with all my current players? We already have Samir Handanovic, who is very experienced and strong,” Spalletti told Sky Sport Italia. I’ve already worked with (Wojciech) and I know his quality. For the moment we’ve got (Samir).

Arsenal being priced out of Mauro Icardi deal 0

Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi has been linked with a move away from the San Siro this summer, according to the Daily Star, with Arsenal one of many clubs keen on the youngster. However, club president Erick Thohir has priced the 23-year-old at around €60M (£50M) which is sure to scare off Arsenal among others.

“All of us and Inter are hoping that figure goes above 60million euros. Inter will be here for hundreds of years but it is made of individuals who change each year. We are hoping to receive a better offer (than Juve’s reported bid of €50M (£42M). Mauro is an important player for us and our captain. However, players come and go,” he said.

Gunners have already made a move towards strengthening the squad in the summer transfer window having signed Borussia Monchengladbach’s Granit Xhaka, but Arsene Wenger is expected to be more proactive as French tactician is keen to add some more firepower to his attacking line.

And having seen their bid to land Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy fail with England forward determined to stay on with the Foxes, Arsenal have set their sights on other targets.

Alvaro Morata remains a long-term wish, but it seems that Arsene Wenger is exploring more options as Corriere dello Sport reports that Gunners are keen to pounce on Inter Milan striker Stevan Jovetic.
