Reports coming from the Spanish news outlet Marca suggest that Arsene Wenger has set his sights on Eibar star Florian Lejeune.
The Gunners have made an enquiry of the availability of the 26-year-old centre-back who has been closely followed by other Premier League sides as well.
Namely, Arsenal’s fierce rivals Tottenham Hotspur are also believed to be in the hunt for Lejeune’s signature, whereas newly-promoted Newcastle United are also keen.
It is the Magpies in fact who have made the first move for the French defender as Rafa Benitez has agreed to pay £8.75 million in order to activate the release clause in his contract with Eibar. .......Read more here.....

The North London club are reportedly preparing a summer attack on Eibar defender Florian Leujene.
The Gunners are keen to activate the Frenchman’s £8.7 million release clause and bring him to Emirates in the summer, reports from Spanish media outlet Marca have suggested.
Leujene is described as a versatile defender who can successfully operate in the midfield as well. The Frenchman has thus far enjoyed a successful season in La Liga, with his displays catching plenty of attention across Europe.
