Leicester seem like perfect opponents for Arsenal 0

One of Arsenal’s main Achilles heels in recent seasons under veteran boss Arsene Wenger has been their away form. In fact, some have described it as the main reason for the Gunners decline in recent years.

Arsenal’s home form has been very strong in recent seasons. However, a lack of mental strength and quality has seen the Gunners lose far too many games on their travels.

Their recent six-game losing run away from home in the Premier League is a classic example of the problem. Arsenal have just two games left under Wenger, both away from home at Leicester this evening and at relegation-threatened Huddersfield on the final day.

On Wednesday night, Arsenal plays their penultimate game under veteran boss Arsene Wenger, as the Gunners visit midtable Leicester.

Leicester already look to be on the beach after a terrible run of form ruled the Foxes out of finishing in the top seven and earning a Europa League qualifying spot.

Claude Puel’s team currently sits ninth-place in the table after a winless run of five games in the top-flight. To make matters worse the Foxes have suffered defeats in four of those aforementioned five winless games.
