According to Sky Sports, Arsenal has had a bid of around £2million accepted by Bolton for young defender Rob Holding. The story is believed to have originated from the Press Association.
The 20-year-old played 30 games for Wanderers and won Player of the Year last season, as the Trotters were relegated from the Championship into League One. The youngster is believed to have travelled to London earlier today to have a medical with the youngsters.

According to the Daily Mail, Arsenal have bid £1.2million for Bolton defender Rob Holding, which would rise depending on appearances.
The Gunners were believed to have had a bid of around £750,000 turned down by Wanderers for the highly-rated youngster.
Wanderers just been relegated to the third tier after financial trouble and a terrible Championship campaign. Although the Gunners have lodged a bid the Daily Mail claims that Bolton want closer to £4million for the defender.

The Metro have confirmed that Arsenal’s young Brazilian winger Wellington Da Silva has joined Championship side Bolton Wanderers on loan. The move was revealed by the 22-year-old’s Instagram account.
The Brazilian has yet to feature for Arsenal after initially joining the Gunners in 2011, after work permit problems meant he was only granted permission to play for the Arsene Wenger’s side in April. He is reported to have signed long-term deal with the north London club.
Since joining the Gunners, Wellington has had loans with Spanish clubs Levante, Alcoyano, Ponterradina, Murcia and last season at Almeria. None of those loan spells have proved that successful, as the winger has been inconsistent. .......Read more here.....

While Borussia Dortmund’s Manchester bound playmaker Shinji Kagawa might be the hottest Asian player on the planet at present, but Arsenal believe that their own Japanese winger Ryo Miyaichi could be the next big thing to come from the Far East.
Gunners’ fans would have no doubt followed Miyaichi’s progress during Bolton’s ill-fated battle to avoid the drop this season. The young Arsenal winger Ryo Miyaichi has so impressed the Japan coach Alberto Zaccheroni that he fully intends that he will be playing for his country in next weeks World Cup game against Uzbekistan.
Both teams have already qualified for the next round of Qualifiers so it is not so important, but Zaccheroni is adamant that he is not just being called up to get used to being around the national team as he has done with other youngsters like Bayern Munich’s Takashi Usami in the past. .......Read more here.....
