The transfer window has begun in England and various pieces of news and rumours regarding players’ movements are popping up on a daily basis.
When it comes to Arsenal , different media outlets have different things to report. For example, Daily Mail have the Gunners linked with Paris Saint-Germain teenager Yacine Adli. Shakhtar Donetsk starlet Bernard has admitted that he may have to leave his current employers in the summer transfer window due to ongoing unrest across Ukraine.
The Brazilian was reportedly close to joining Arsenal last summer, but he eventually opted to sign for the Ukrainian giants in a €25 million deal.
He has since helped the Miners win the 2013/2014 league title, but utterly failed to justify the transfer fee, starting just eight league games and another two Champions League fixtures.
Bernard, nonetheless, managed to make Luiz Felipe Scolari’s World Cup squad, and the player now admits he might be leaving Shakhtar after the tournament finals having failed to adapt to life in Ukraine. .......Read more here.....

Not for the first time this summer, Arsenal have lost out to another club in procuring one of their summer targets.
After losing out on former Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain, who joined Serie A side Napoli, they have now lost out on coveted Brazilian forward Bernard.
The 20-year old snubbed Portuguese Liga side Porto and Premier League side Arsenal to sign for Ukrainian outfit Shakhtar Donetsk for £21M – penning a five-year deal.
The Brazilian international’s agent, Adriano Spadotto, revealed the three aforementioned clubs were the favourites to sign his client this summer. .......Read more here.....

Atletico Mineiro forward Bernard looks set to be the latest player to turn down a move to Arsenal in favour of another European side.
The Brazilian international, 20, has been linked with both Porto and Shakhtar this summer, and his agent has revealed his client looks odds-on to join one of the two sides.

Atletico Mineiro winger Bernard has been linked with Arsenal throughout this summer, and reports had previously suggested he would be undergoing a medical with the Gunners on Friday, but the deal now looks to have hit a stumbling block.
‘The president has made it clear that if there is a 25m Euros (£22m) offer, he will sell Bernard and we will sign another player. Otherwise Bernard stays. French publication L’Equipe had previously claimed outfit Atletico Miniero winger Bernard was set to join Arsenal pending a medical on Friday. The 20-year old still has a Copa Libertadores final to play for the Brazilian Serie A side, and it was following the game where he was largely expected to leave in order to join Arsenal.

Reports are emerging from Brazil of Arsenal being close to the signing of Atletico Mineiro winger Bernard.
Alexandre Oliveira, an ESPN Brasil reporter, announced the 20-year old was joining the Gunners, but the rumour hasn’t been verified by credible sources.
The Brazilian has been a long-term target for Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, who regards Bernard as a hot prospect for the future. He made 31 league appearances last season, scoring 11 goals and making a near-similar amount of assists.
