It’s been another eventful weekend for Arsenal fans as far as transfer rumours are concerned.
Arsene Wenger has already started preparing his winter transfer strategy which – by the looks of it – could include one or two potentially big-name arrivals.
British media have put a new spin on the whole Nabil Fekir story we detailed last week, claiming that Gunners are prepared to invest up to £60 million to land the in-form 24-year-old Lyon playmaker, who is seen as a direct replacement for Mesut Ozil.
The German international is only one of the number of players who could leave Emirates this winter. .......Read more here.....

It’s not an old piece of news but the transfer rumour mill has once again picked up on a lead that Lyon star Nabil Fekir could be on his way to London.
Arsene Wenger is said to be back in the race to sign the 24-year-old versatile attacking midfielder who can fill in various roles up in the final third.
Fekir has made a scintillating start to the new season in France with Lyon and already has 12 goals on his tally in merely 15 games. Having emerged as one of the most lethal players in the French top flight, Fekir has turned plenty of heads, including Arsene Wenger’s. .......Read more here.....

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger offloaded the Turkish midfielder Oguzhan Ozyakup back in 2012 without ever giving him a proper chance to prove himself with the first team.
The 25-year-old Turkey international born in Netherlands started his career with AZ in 2005 before moving to London three years later.
Ozyakup spent four years with Arsenal as a youth prospect but Arsene Wenger opted against including him in the first team and sold him to Besiktas for mere £400,000 in 2012. .......Read more here.....

No one expected the Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger to be in a positive mood after a 3-1 loss at the hands of Manchester City but the experienced French tactician seems to be losing the plot.
You can’t hold your hopes high for a positive result against an attacking force such as Manchester City’s with a midfielder as a make-shift defender in the middle of a three-man defence. You can’t.
Especially if that midfielder is Francis Coquelin, a player not exactly known for his reliability and versatility. .......Read more here.....

Newcastle United and AC Milan have both been credited with Arsenal target Miguel Almiron, who is widely expected to leave Atlanta United after a breakthrough season in the MLS.
The 23-year-old Paraguay international made an instant impression in the American football in his very first season in the MLS.
Almiron joined Atlanta United in a Young Designated Player deal said to be worth around $8 million from Lanus and went on to rake up nine goals and 14 assists in 30 appearances for his team. .......Read more here.....

In what is surely one of the most surprising transfer rumour this week, Premier League giants Arsenal and Chelsea are said to be locked in a battle for former Liverpool shot stopper Peter Gulasci.
The Hungarian ‘keeper spent five years of his career at Anfield but failed to make a single appearance for the Reds. The 27-year-old enjoyed various loan spells away at Hereford, Tranmere and Hull City before leaving the Merseyside club in 2013 when his contract expired.
Red Bull Salzburg offered the Hungarian international a chance to revive his career and Gulasci took it firmly with both hands. .......Read more here.....

Napoli midfielder has emerged as one of the top transfer targets for Arsenal ahead of the January transfer window.
Various reports from the British press suggest that Arsene Wenger is keen to push through a deal for the 25-year-old Partenopei hot-shot during winter, adding however that the French tactician is prepared to wait until the summer to grab a highly-rated star.
Gunners should very well be aware of the fact Napoli are in the run for Scudetto and are highly unlikely to give up on any of their first-team stars as long as they have a firm chance of wrapping the Scudetto and ending Juventus’ Serie A dominance. .......Read more here.....

Known as a manager who likes to link up with talented players and turn them into proper gems, Arsene Wenger is once again reportedly aiming at a relatively obscure player from lower ranks of English football.
Rob Holding remains the most recent example, whereas it was Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain who also made a shortcut to prominence thanks to Arsene Wenger.
According to reports from The Sun, Gunners boss is lining up a January raid on Ipswich Town and their teenage sensation Tristan Nydam.
The Premier league giants are said to be preparing a £2 million offer for the Championship side’s jewel who has been making plenty of waves with his performances this season. .......Read more here.....

A growing number of the British media report that Arsenal have determined their asking price for wantaway star forward Alexis Sanchez.
The Chilean has been linked with a move away from the Emirates for quite some time although Arsenal Wenger has at the same time remained optimistic that Sanchez could have a sudden change of heart and sign a new deal with the Gunners.
The French boss was either unfamiliar with his sad-face posts, saddened photos and cryptic messages on social media or oblivious to his own inability to secure a new deal for the Arsenal star that he now risks losing it for free next summer. .......Read more here.....

According to reports from Spanish media outlet Sport, Premier League side Arsenal look set to appoint former Barcelona director of football Raul Sanllehi who’s been with the Catalan club since 2002.
A close friend of Ivan Gazidis’ will move into the Gunners boardroom to take over some of the responsibilities left unattended after Dick Law’s departure from the North London club.
