Everton star midfielder Ross Barkley is tipped to move away from Everton with his current deal with the Toffees expiring in 2018.
The 23-year-old England international has endured some mixed fortunes at Everton of late and was even on verge of leaving the Goodison-based club last summer when Tottenham negotiated a deal with Everton but were unwilling to pay £35 million Everton demanded for their man.
The latest reports claim that Spurs are ready to come back for the highly-rated youngster and that the host of Premier League clubs are also monitoring the situation regarding the Everton attacking midfielder, with Arsenal being one of them.
The Daily Telegraph claims that Arsene Wenger is ready to join Mauricio Pochettino and Antonio Conte in the running for the player who made a breakthrough at Everton back in 2013/14 season.
The attacking midfielder Ross Barkley was touted to become a future star in the Premier league and in England national team.
Barkley did not live up to the hype surrounding him however and many believe that he could make a step forward in his development if he were to change clubs and leave for a bigger side.
Ronald Koeman has been using Ross Barkley sporadically during the course of 2016/2017 season sparking a widespread speculation over the long-term future of the attack-oriented talent.
Barkley is thought to be regarded as potential replacement for Mesut Ozil, Jack Wilshere and Alex-Oxlade Chamberlain, who are all yet to resolve their contract situations at the Emirates stadium.
High demanding price for Ross Barkley could prove to be too big of an obstacle for a traditionally cautious and frugal Arsene Wenger however.
