Arsenal travel to Stamford Bridge to face Chelsea in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon, and are big underdogs given their poor form on the road this season.
However, the Gunners have picked up wins against the Blues at home and in neutral venues which could give them hope of seeing past Antonio Conte’s side to boost their title hopes.
As for the hosts and defending champions, Conte’s Chelsea side are currently third in the Premier League table with nine points from four games this season, having won three on the bounce ahead of this weekend’s meeting after losing on the opening day.
Chelsea have beaten Tottenham Hotspur, Everton and Leicester City this season, while having gone six years without losing to Arsenal at the Bridge. But the Gunners will take hope from recent past wins over Chelsea as they look to end their barren run on their travels.
Arsene Wenger’s Arsenal side are 12th in the division with six points from a possible 12, having lost two of their last three to Liverpool and Stoke City, away from home without scoring.
Arsenal have beaten Chelsea in the Community Shield and FA Cup final this year, while enjoying a league win over the Blues 12 months ago too – albeit on home soil. Arsenal are 10/3 to win against Chelsea on Sunday, but it won’t be easy.
Can the Gunners finally beat a top side on their travels?
